We are a team of dedicated biopharmaceutical professionals, each with decades of experience, all committed to making a difference in the lives of everyday people through the development of affordable, easy-to-use drug products addressing unmet medical needs.

We have developed a new platform technology designed to make it easy for anyone to administer urgently needed drugs, without training or prior experience, when patients are unable to treat themselves and time is of the essence.

Bruce Cohen, MBA

Chair and CEO

Bruce has been an entrepreneur and senior manager in biotech for
more than 30 years, with leadership experience at Baxter, Monitor Group, Sequus, Acacia, GeneSoft, VitaPath and Iconic. He's currently a venture partner with Xeraya Capital. Bruce has a BA and MA from Tufts and an MBA from
Harvard Business School.

Nicole McKnight, PhD

President and COO

Nicole is an experienced operator and former cell biologist and neuroscientist, with roles as founding managing director of BioLabs@NYULangone and CEO of Stellate Therapeutics. She is a graduate of UChicago, earned her PhD at University College London and completed her post-doc at Mount Sinai.

Edward Schnipper, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Ed brings more than 30 years of experience in biopharmaceutical development with key roles in clinical and regulatory affairs. His experience includes senior roles at Roche, Sequus, Alza, J&J and Velocity. He completed his MD at Georgetown Medical School and fellowships at NYU and Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Malcolm Nason, PhD, MBA

Chief Commercial Officer

Malcolm is an innovative leader, developing the commercial marketing, medical affairs and market access programs for the leaders in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, including products in the MAT, migraine and immune spaces. He received his PhD in Neuroscience at UChicago and his MBA from Penn State.
